Consultations

We offer paid interior design consultations.

Virtual Consultations (Website Booking):

• All consultations booked through our website are conducted virtually

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking

• Consultations are advisory in nature and do not include formal deliverables unless otherwise agreed

In-Person Consultations:

• In-person consultations are offered on a case-by-case basis

• Booking is arranged directly and provided via a private payment link

Cancellation Policy:

• Consultations may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable

Scope of Advice:

• All recommendations are based on professional judgment

• Final implementation, construction, and execution are the responsibility of the client and/or their contractors and vendors

Separate Client Agreements

Clients who move forward with full-service interior design will receive a separate, detailed agreement outlining scope, deliverables, and terms.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms for scheduling and payment (such as Google Calendar and Stripe). We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or security of these services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELKA Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of this website

• Reliance on design recommendations

• Work performed by third-party contractors or vendors

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide thoughtful and effective design guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
